I've selected a cross sample of the emails we have received during the last 24 hours. I began answering them individually but soon realized it was an impossible task. I'm truly sorry I can't reply to all, a day is only 24 hours long. I hope you understand the dilemma. The last name and email address of senders has been removed to protect the privacy of the senders. Moe,
I'm sorry to hear about being cut from WRKO. Even though I didn't agree with you on a lot of topics, I still respected you. I respected you so much that I would tune in religously every Saturday Morning. I would wake up early Saturday while my wife slept in. My kids would then get up and turn on the Saturday morning cartoons. I would walk around in my house with my walkman and headphones listening to you entertain and stimulate me with the topics of the day.
I too lost my job on February 15th. I feel very confident in my abilities that I will be able to land another job soon and so should you. You are a damn good talk show host.
Good Luck,
Brian

Hi Moe
Don't know if you ever got a little collectable truck I sent you a few years ago, but if you didn't give me an address that I could send it to if you didn't.......
I run a video transfer business, and you were the first Jock on rko that i used for advertising....It was under American Video.......Since then we have Changed to Hollywood Productions...But because of you and Alan Darey...from XKS at the time......we have generated thousands of customers who are happy we exist.......
I listened to you on Saturdays every chance I get......being an Arch conservative and a volunteer in the Reagan campaign many years ago see picture......I sure am going to miss you......maybe 969 fm can use you on Saturday am........they run conservative talk......
anyway....
I do forward interesting political emails to you once in a while
hope to continue to talk to you
call me anytime
Richard

Moe:
You will surely be missed, while I never called your show, I was a faithfull listener for MANY years. On holidays whenyou brought in your children was a treat. For all the dedicated years you gave to RKO to have them treat you like they did was truely a shame. Good luck in your future endeavors.
A Faithfull Listerner.

Moe,
Ever since John DePetro was fired and Peter Blute was let go , this
station has gone downhill. It was amazing how they tried to keep
Howie Carr hes that stations only salvation now. Ad of course the
hiring of finneran sheesh.
Well you will be missed on sat mornings, have listened to you for
years. Hope to hear you again soon let us know.
sincerely,
Mary Ann

Mo,
I wanted to drop you a note to tell you how disappointed I was to hear the news. I've spent countless hours on Saturday mornings enjoying your show, and even had the honor of filling in for you a couple of times. Thanks for being such a kind a gracious gentlemen to a newbie like me. I wish you well in whatever is next.
Kevin

Management of WRKO,I have been a loyal fan of WRKO Radio since it switched to talk radio. I realize that as time goes by hosts come and go. I remember the greatness of Jerry Williams, Gene Burs, I remember Ted and Janet and all of the other wonderful people that have been a part of WRKO. Moe Lauzier is in my humble opinion the best that you have ever had as a host. He has the most common sense approach to life and it's problems. He treated every caller as a friend. Moe had class the way he signed off yesterday morning. It is more than I can say for WRKO Management. As a result of being offended the way Moe was let go PLEASE remove my name and email address from your WRKO Insiders list. I will not be listening to your station in the future. I will miss it but I feel it necessary for your listeners to make a statement on the way you handle your employees.A Former Loyal WRKO listener,
Bob Derry, NH

We moved to Orleans during the winter of 2001-2002 from NJ. I had never heard of Moe Lauzier, but I soon became an avid listener. I was upset when they cut down your hours! A few years ago we bought a small winter retreat in Beaufort, SC. I arose early every Saturday morning to listen to MOE via live streaming on the internet.
Despite living in offthewall liberal MA., between you and Bill Benett we had some very thoughtful radio listening available to us. Now, you are both gone and I can't begin to tell you how disappointed we are.
We loved the fact that you were almost as old as we are and brought that perspective to issues. The amazing ability you have is to make that perspective fresh, new and young! Now we have only Howie and Rush. That's all very good, but you brought something very special into our lives.
I also enjoyed your love of baseball, that quintessential American game. Take care, Moe, and please email us if we will ever be able to pick you up on the radio or internet.
Thanks for all the wonderful listening hours.
Margy and Bill

Moe,
I have listened to your show for many many years. I am the early riser in my family and so I would listen to you in the morning. I have continued to become very sour towards WRKO. They have fired so many on air personalities that I loved to listen to. Most recently was removing Scotto and replacing him with Tom Finneran...No more do I listen to Wrko in the morning. With your departing there's only one show I will listen to, and that is Howie Carr.
And with each disappointment I email them about my anger and they have NEVER ONCE responded to me, which just leads me to believe they really don't care if I listen or not.
Good luck on your future. Hope you land on the air somewhere local soon, so I can listen to you.
A long time listener,
Gina, Woburn, Massachusetts.
