Thanks for the mayonnaise on the hamburger bun trick - my kids love it. Best of luck with your book(s) and a long healthy future.

Mr. Lauzier,
This was indeed an interesting morning...I confess I do not listen to the radio as much as I used to but have always over the years enjoyed your broadcasts over anyone else when I do have time to turn on the radio.
You have a special way of talking about issues - very respectful and insightful - this is what I have always appreciated. Well...I turned on WRKO this morning for just a moment as I was moving my car to clear our driveway of snow and heard your very last words.
As shocking as it was to hear what you said I am glad that I tuned in at that very movement -it made me reflect on how fortunate I and so many others have been to have had the opportunity and privilege to listen to you. My Father has been a fan of yours since you started in radio and we have always talked about how you stand apart from all other hosts. I felt compelled to write (which is something I never do!) to wish you the very best - your voice will be missed!!
I have come to believe that things do happen for a reason and I am certain that you will find new and rewarding paths to explore!

Hi Moe,
I thought I was hearing things this morning when you were signing off! Then I thought you were ending your program with a joke .When I suddenly realized it was your last broadcast I sat "stunned" and I yelled to the radio "wait, come back, don't go"
The way you were told was a lot of (how do you say it)? UN GALA GALA
I'll miss sitting with you and my cup of coffee on Saturday mornings, but I will no longer have my radio on.
Good luck and get that book written for us.
Norma from Watertown (go gators)
Froam a very fatihful Saruday AM listener. You have give joy, education, pleasure, meaning to many lives. I will miss you and your show. Hopefully you will be back. Saturday AM just wont be the same. I will also miss the Iraq soldier interviews and your pont of view. Keep in touch so we know what is up wth you. Congrats and may God bless you and yours. Walter

Sent an e mail earlier, still upset at what's happened. Earlier, I sent an e mail voicing my displeasure directly to WRKO.
Just completed, forwarding an e mail directly to Entercom. I don't expect a reply. I don't expect them to reverse themselves. However, down the road, when WRKO has been reduced to a shell of it's former self, someone, just may, remember.
I had intended to enclose an extract for you, but, computers are not my forte'. It appears that it was sent, but a copy was not retained. I apolgize for that.
Regards,
Greg
Have been a fan of yours from day one. Thanks for all the years you
were on the air. Your son was born around the same time my son was
born, time does fly. WRKO is self destructing. Best of luck in you
new adventurres.

Dear Moe,
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! Those absolute idiots at RKO...what's the matter with them??? For many years I looked forward to listening to you on Saturday mornings. On Friday night, I thought, "Oh, good, Moe's on tomorrow morning, I'll set the radio in time to hear him."
There are not enough (or vile) words in the English language to describe the "suits" at rko. This is unconscionable. You were always "there" for me, and I loved to listen to all your rants, and I agreed with you on most issues. I especially enjoyed your shut-downs of idiot callers. If only that emotion could be transferred to the idiots at rko.
I so enjoyed your little stories of when you were a salesman; especially the one where you met the NH legislator years ago; he was a farmer and made only $100 a year for his service. You brought the true meaning of America with that and many more stories. Especially about your son, your 4 daughters, and the one that joined the service (how's she doing)? And the interviews with the soldiers in Iraq. A fine piece of work, and I learned a lot about what's really going on over there.
I can't think straight at the moment. I heard your announcement this morning when you said you were going to finish the last chapter of your book, do some traveling, and I knew it was the end. I sat up really fast in bed, unbelieving that the unthinkable happened. You are a Boston institution!!! You know what? What goes around, comes around, and maybe us listeners will get satisfaction when they experience what they did to you. Trust me. It will happen, and all us listeners will rejoice in their comeuppance.
I will so miss you on Saturday mornings!!! This is a travesty of major proportions.
I'll end with a Latin quote that my dad often uses: Non illegetimi carborundum: Don't let the bastards get you down.
Will you do another talk show elsewhere??? Please, please??!!! But perhaps you are too numb right now to think.
No need to respond to my e-mail; you have enough on your mind. Suffice to say I'M SO PISSED!!!
All the best,
Mary
Moe,
Just a quick note to someone I have listened to, and agreed with, for years.
I never called your shows, but was always listening.
I will miss you.
It was always a pleasure to turn on the radio when you were covering for (everyone), and hear your familiar voice.
Your weekend shows, Saturday mornings and the Gardening Show will be truly missed by many, many listeners including myself.
Ciao to you, and thank you,
Andrew J.

I've selected a cross sample of the emails we have received during the last 24 hours. I began answering them individually but soon realized it was an impossible task. I'm truly sorry I can't reply to all, a day is only 24 hours long. I hope you understand the dilemma. The last name and email address of senders has been removed to protect the privacy of the senders. I will leave this web site up and add future letters to it as well as allow you to add whatever comments you wish (just click below) without needing to sign up with Google. You will only need to decipher the spam prevention code......Moe
